Spring 2010 Winners Crowned in MN

CONGRATULATIONS to the Spring 2010 End of the Season Tarsi Cup champions Milwaukee's Bear Balls

Congratulations to the Bear Balls of Milwaukee on their win of the Twin Cities Tarsi Cup! After a long night, a hot day, and a little storm, the Bear Balls beat out the Nagma from one of the Twin Cities divisions in a 9-1 match up. Congratulations to the second place, Nagma. Thank you to all for a great tournament and a great end to the Spring 2010 season!

During the tournament, we also ran the third annual Spring Skillz Competition. The winners of the Skillz Competition below are the following:

Winter 2010 Champs - Go Fun Yourself
Congrats Go Fun Yourselves on the Winter 2010 Tarsi Cup win! The Winter season is particularly intense compared to the regular outdoor seasons since there are indoor obstructions (walls, ceilings, basketball hoops) that are thrown in the competitive mix. The final score was a nail biting 17 to 15 win over the tough Playground Bullies.
Congrats to the Playground Bullies on a great game and their second place finish!

Thank you to all the teams that braved the outdoor elements to make it a fun indoor season. We look forward to many more seasons of indoor sports with the Conway Rec Center. Congrats to Gopher the Balls on their inaugural Winter season and their 3rd place finish over the Killer Bunnies.

Kickin' Balls & Takin' Names

Congrats Cooters on your Fall 2009 Tarsi Cup win! The newly dubbed Tarsi Cup gets it's name from the team Tarsi who won the End of Season Tournaments 6 seasons in a row before retiring their team. The Greasy Cooters played a great game against Kickin' Balls & Takin' Names winning the game 14 to 3. The Greasy Cooter team has been with MUSA for about 12 seasons, only missing one season for reorganization.

Congrats to team Kickin' Balls & Takin' Names for their game play during the day and their second place finish!

Thank you to all that played during the cold, windy day and those that came to watch the tournament from the cold, steel fan stands. Thank you to all that played during the Fall 2009 season. The Unmentionables managed to beat out the best of the best on a cloudy, cool Spring day taking on the Not So Silent Assassins in the final game of the day to win the "Tarsi Cup". The final score was 4 to 3 and one of the lowest scoring final game scores of previous final MN EOS games. Congratulations to the Undies and the runner's up, the Not So Silent Assassins. It was a great season!

Fall 2008 Kickball Comes to a Close!

In the now dubbed "Tarsi Cup" end of season kickball tournament, team O'Brien's Machine from Milwaukee has taken the honor of unseeding the six-peat champions. Congratulations go out to O'Brien's Machine and thank you for making making the trip out here to play in the tourney! We hope to see you all again here, it was great to have you here! A big congratulations go out to our second place team, Tarsi! Thanks for making the last six seasons a challenge for those who have played against you. We hope Tarsi returns for the Spring season (rumor has it this was their last season).
