Fall 09 Kickball Enrollment is OPEN!

The Fall 2009 kickball enrollment is finally available! Enrollment is first come, first served for the nights and field locations listed so it's encouraged to get your enrollment form in as soon as possible. Please make sure you fill out the form entirely, also listing your team captain's email address and the team co-captain's email address. The following locations are open to enrollment:

Monday, St. Paul Rice and Arlington, Fields 1 and 3 (12 team openings)
Tuesday, Bloomington Valley View Playfields, Fields 3, and 4 (12 team openings)
Tuesday, Inver Grove Heights, Rich Valley Complex, Fields 3 and 4 (12 team openings)
Tuesday, St. Paul Rice and Arlington, Fields 1 and 3, (12 team openings)
Wednesday, Bloomington Valley View Playfields, Fields 3, and 4 (12 team openings)
Wednesday, St. Paul Rice and Arlington, Fields 1 and 3, (12 team openings)
Thursday, Bloomington Valley View Playfields, Fields 2, 3, and 4 (18 team openings)
Thursday, Inver Grove Heights, Rich Valley Complex, Fields 3 and 4 (12 team openings)
Friday, Bloomington Valley View Playfields, Fields 3, and 4 (12 team openings)
Friday, St. Paul Rice and Arlington, Fields 1 and 3, (12 team openings)

The individual registration form is for those people looking to join a enrolled team on the same night/location. If you will be enrolling a team, please fill out the team enrollment form.
Enrollment will close on Monday, July 27th with no exceptions!!
Team shirts that are ordered through MUSA will be shipped out the week of August 10th. Your team will receive team shirts by August 14th. Games will start the week of August 16th and the end of season Tarsi Cup tournament will be held on Saturday, October 31st.

In the now dubbed "Tarsi Cup" end of season kickball tournament, team O'Brien's Machine from Milwaukee has taken the honor of unseeding the six-peat champions. Congratulations go out to O'Brien's Machine and thank you for making making the trip out here to play in the tourney! We hope to see you all again here, it was great to have you here! A big congratulations go out to our second place team, Tarsi! Thanks for making the last six seasons a challenge for those who have played against you. We hope Tarsi returns for the Spring season (rumor has it this was their last season).
Thank you to all that played and came to watch the tournament events. Thank you to all that played for the Fall 2008 season. Have a great off season and if you think you will miss your weekly dose of kckball this winter, check out our indoor winter kickball season starting December 3rd for the first session and the second session in February.
Spring 2009 registration will be starting in April 2009 for the league start the first week in May 2009. Check back here in March for registration information or email jen@kickoplex.com to join the email list when registration begins.

It was a long, hot day but we would like to thank all the teams that endured the heat and played in this year's Spring End of Season tournament. Tarsi beat out the determined Can't Quite Score Enough to take their 6th trophy and title in the Twin Cities. Congratulations to Can't Quite Score Enough on their End of Season finish! They played a strong game and played well during the day.

Congrats go out to the Fall 2007 kickball season champs!!

After a hearty attempt to unseat the five-peat Twin Cities champion Tarsi team, The Unmentionables lost with three incredible runs while Tarsi managed to run up 13 of their own runs in. Congrats AGAIN, Tarsi and great job by The Unmentionables!

The Twin Cities league also started their inauguaral Skills Competition with a Homerun Derby and a Throwing/Wheels Contest.
The winners of each are the following:

Congratulations go out to Andy Lancette who won the Homerun Derby for the men while JoMarie Sutton won the Homerun Derby for the ladies. Okez Obi won the Throwing/Wheels Contest for the men and Kelley Shea won the Throwing/Wheels Contest for the ladies.
